My name is Shilpa Sam Babu
I am a UX/ graphic designer with 9 years of experience in various domains of design. Walmart, the airline industry, and Bayer Pharmaceuticals are just some of the clients I have worked with. I've had the opportunity to work and learn from a handful of talented individuals in the industry. I managed and coordinated successful design projects from conception to completion. I believe the combination of my extensive experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and passion for innovation led to my success. My experience working with the agency has helped me manage different projects simultaneously.

S&P Globals: I was brought to the S&P Global team to collaborate with the UI/UX team and stakeholders to implement the vision. I helped with the creation of PowerPoint and Word documents for presentation. I was involved in user research.

Walmart: I was tasked with developing persona and journey mapping for the Walmart finance app. I was also involved in conducting a series of interviews (User interviews) with a broad range of subject matter experts to leverage for the user research.

Bayer Limited: I was the lead designer for Bayer Limited's dashboard design. I am conducting a series of User interviews with a broad range of subject matter experts to identify the user group and develop persona and journey mapping. I had fostered a healthy relationship with Bayers developers and the design team. At the end of 4 weeks, I was able to deliver scenario planning and interface for the dashboard.

I am working as a UX designer for ESG FED- KGrant Managed and ESG Fed-KGrant HUD. The main task is to collaborate with the BA team and technical team and work on the UX screens for the web page. Also worked flow of ADO stories and managed the work among other team members.

I worked in ATPCO as a graphic designer. I was part of the marketing team. My Key responsibility was to maintain brand guidelines for the company. Worked closely with product marketers/clients to create marketing and sales assets which include infographics, PowerPoints, roadmaps, Product life cycles, advisement materials, Motion graphics, environmental design, social media graphics, and wireframes for website.

Foobee is an online dating mobile application. I was working as a senior Graphic designer. My key role was to make a High/low fidelity prototype and create graphical content for promotion. I also had a team of 10 junior graphic designers. I was managing the workflow within the team and was the communication point to the leadership team
